Hesed at Home Baking is owned by Tim Bodenstein a native Oklahoman.  He grew up near Tulsa and attended Culinary School at OSU Tech in Okmulgee, OK. He began working in a kitchen at age 14 and once he completed culinary school, worked in the Tulsa Downtown Doubletree Hotel for 5 years before returning to college to complete a bachelor's degree. 

Tim is also a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, Tai Chi for Balance instructor, certified Health Coach and certified Health Minister. 

His love of cooking began young while at home.  Most of his family (mother, aunts, uncles and grandmother) always cooked and he learned from them. Once he left the professional kitchen, he kept learning and cooking, occasionally making baked goods for friends and family.  In April of 2022 he launched Hesed at Home Baking and takes special orders for his products.

He is slowly adding some gluten free products to the menu.  Please ask for availability.
